Boredom kills
Are you bored at work? If you are, you are not alone. According to this article which I stumbled upon here, 55 percent of all U.S. employees are not engaged at work. They feel like their capabilities aren’t being tapped into and utilized. Did you also know that boredom is one of the biggest contributors to work-related stress? So, if some of you have been stressed out lately, you know why now. There were times when I had no projects to work on, but hey, I was not stressed out. I always find something to do. What about you?
