		<description>Yeah, it was unfortunate that they teased us with 3Mb upload though. :)  Of course, it is still usable so I won't complain about that.

The cable service in our area keeps lowering the upload speed.  I think it is down to 64Kb or 128Kb now.</description>

		<description>When our DSL provider increased our speeds, initially it was 3Mb up &lt;i&gt;and&lt;/i&gt; down.  Then, after everyone was converted to the new speeds, they dropped my upload to 768kb.  Oh well, can't have everything.. :)

My only complaint with our DSL is that you &lt;b&gt;must&lt;/b&gt; pay for a landline, even though we rarely use it.</description>
