&lt;p&gt;What I have always done to the code I publish on my blog, is to enclose it between the HTML tags &lt;code&gt;&#60;pre&#62;&lt;/code&gt; and &lt;code&gt;&#60;/pre&#62;&lt;/code&gt;. That way, the code will not be processed as HTML and will be displayed exactly as it is entered.&lt;/p&gt;
