Moreover, it looks like it’s a mix of Oracle employees and non-employees blogs, same list found on OTN. I believe this is still a work in progress since I have not seen or heard any official announcement from Oracle related to this new site.
Update (90 minutes later): Now, the title of the page is: blogs.oracle.com : Oracle Blogs!

If you have the extension in your Firefox extension list, but grayed out, just go to Tools > Extensions and click on the button “Find Updates”, an “Update Now” button should appear next to “Oracle News”. If no updates were found, then clear your Firefox cache and try again.
If you do not have the extension installed, just visit the extension’s main page to install it.

In other words be able to check and be notified about responses to your comments on any blog, all from one place.
Well, imagine no more. With coComment, it’s a dream come true for many blog authors and readers. It is still in Beta and “Invite Only”. I got my invitation code from here. Now, I’ll go on a commenting rampage…
