I've a problem here with chinese word...
first, i need to upload the chinese word from text file by using sqlloader to Oracle 8i
then i need to display the chinese word in porlet...but it keep displaying '????' or encrypted word, you have any idea??
can you list down the steps to upload the chinese character?? and also the displaying steps, in case I missed out any of it.
