		<description>&lt;p&gt;I once asked him about using the dbms_backup_restore package to purge old archive logs on Windows. But he refused to answer. I also asked the product manager for PL/SQL once why you can't write dynamic code against column names in triggers, and was told that it shouldn't need to be a feature of PL/SQL. So good luck getting him to answer random questions.&lt;/p&gt;
